Hasbro is a globally recognized brand name, but not a shopper’s first stop when seeking to buy a toy. Our team was responsible for developing a shopping experience that would attract new customers and, perhaps more importantly, keep loyal ones coming back.
We started with research. A full ethnography study was utilized to determine shopper behavior and unspoken need. From there, we devised a two-pronged strategy to turn their product into content and develop guided shopping paths for parents and gift seekers. Our concepts blended our strategy with new brand styles, finally arriving at an experience that aided conversion and delivered on fun.
