Gevalia

When Kraft coffee brand Gevalia needed to make the switch from mail order to digital, and radically update the look and feel of the brand in the process, our team was up to the challenge. 

Starting with updated packaging, we designed a commerce/content site to highlight the joyous, playful aspects of the new Gevalia brand. In our design process, we established standards to be used across all digital touchpoints. Through development of a detailed customer journey, our team identified messaging opportunities to retain/grow existing customers and reach new audiences through a wide variety CRM, performance, and direct tactics.
