Citizens Bank sought to capitalize on missed opportunities. Hoping to drive additional revenue from their existing account holders, they asked our team to devise a strategy for effectively reaching this audience, and develop copy/design to support our recommendations.
Starting with the Citizens Bank Popmoney product, we identified core customer challenges and need, and produced multiple campaign options. We then applied our findings to a much larger mission—a multi-touch welcome sequence that supported new account holders and introduced new products. Our solutions addressed brand goals, establishing patterns to extend updated brand styles, and pushed performance across touchpoints, boosting clickthrough and conversion.
